1. How often should my yard be cleaned?
Most customers choose weekly service, especially those with multiple dogs. Biweekly or monthly may fit your needs if you only have 1 dog.

2. Do I have to be home during service?
No, as long as we have access to the your yard, you do not need to be home. That said you’ll get a text from us regardless when we are on our way and once we’ve completed your service.

3. What happens to the waste after it’s removed?
We double-bag all waste and place it in your trash bin. If your trash bin is kept inside, we simply place the double-bagged waste on the side of your house.

4. Is dog waste really that harmful?
​Yes. Dog waste can contain bacteria like E. coli and parasites that linger in your yard and spread through rain and foot traffic. Regular removal helps keep your lawn safer for family and pets.

5. What if my dog is in the yard?
For safety reasons, we ask that dogs be secured inside during service. This keeps both your pet and our technician safe.

6. Do you offer one-time cleanups?
​​​Yes. The initial cleanup is our gift to you when you sign up for recurring service.

7. How does billing work?​
​​We bill on the 1st of each month for that month’s service. No contracts. You can cancel anytime.

​​​Yes. We provide service year-round, weather permitting. Winter cleanups prevent major spring buildup.
